AG1280 is ultra-low cost and power in QFN-48 6x6 and QFN-32 4x4 0.8mm (actual 0.77mm) thinkness packaging. The device has 1280 LUTs and maximum 40 user IOs, provides 68Kbits embedded block RAM and 10Kbits distributed RAM, one PLL per device provide clock multiplication and phase shifting, and embedded FLASH configuration through JTAG interface, on-chip clock generator with wide output frequence range.
The device is Instant-on, non-volatile, multiply programmable architecture. The device provides Emulated LVDS output (LVDS_E_3R).
